Shipping & Delivery
We do not have the option for international orders to be placed through the web cart due to international shipping being more complicated than national shipping. If you require to place an international order, call 0800 678 5708 and one of our friendly customer service staff will process your order over the phone. Alternatively, you can email email@example.com, and we will endevour to reply within 2hrs.
International Shipping Terms and Conditions:
VAT will be charged on orders within the EU. Please inform us if your company head office is based in a country outside of the EU so we can remove the VAT charges.
Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received. International orders must be paid for via direct bank payment, credit card or cheque payments are not accepted by Safety Gear Store Ltd or Safety Gear Store Ltd's bank. 'Overpayments' will not be returned, but instead be handed over to the authorities for fraud investigation.
It is our policy that on all international deliveries, the goods become the responsibility of the customer once dispatched, and Safety Gear Store Ltd will not be held responsible for goods not reaching their destination, or any additional import duties / taxes / costs ect. Proof of shipping can be supplied if required.
Refunds will not be issued on International Orders. For international orders, goods can only be returned if faulty, and the customer is responsible for the carriage cost of returning the goods, where once inspected, replacement goods will be made available.
You the customer agree that you have assessed the goods and have found them to be fit for purpose and as such no litigious claim can be made against SafetyGearStore for any reason.
