LoneAlert Twig One ATEX

An intrinsically safe, ATEX certified, powerful lone worker device that is designed for lone workers working in hazardous or potentially explosive environments. A high performing, fully customisable and robust, which boasts high power two-way communications and powerful audio and vibrating alarms.

This device is ideal for lone workers working in petrochemical industry, science and bio or in an industrial setting.

What does ATEX mean?

The term ATEX refers to atmospheres that are potentially explosive due to the possible presence of dust, vapours or gases that are likely to ignite or explode. Once an area is classified as potentially explosive, a risk anaylsis will normally dictate that only electrical and mechanical equipment that is suitably certified can be used.

Twig One ATEX is approved for Gas (II 2 G Ex ib IIc T4 GB) and for Dust (II 2 D Ex ib IIIC TT130°C Db).
