It has been designed to be able to meet individual customer requirements and can be ordered either as a gas-tight chemical protective suit or as a non gas- tight protective suit with trouser flaps.

The gas -tight version comes with integrated safety boots and is in full conformity with type 1C EN 9431:2002 and the non-gas tight version Type II EN 9431.

The lightweight and flexible Symex material makes this a very comfortable suit to wear and the ventilation unit, which is connected to a compressed air supply, is also very low in weight.

Superb ventilation is provided by the hose system inside the suit so there is no need for an additional mask or face piece. It also has a very large integrated visor, enabling a wide field of vision, especially in the peripheral areas.

The seams are specially sealed and the suit features a gas- tight low- maintenance zip that runs diagonally across the back of the suit, which permits excellent protection against contaminants from the front.

Comprehensive chemical resistance along with a high level of abrasion resistance ensure long life of this suit and it features reinforced arms and legs plus elbow kneepads (which are available additionally as an option) all of which provide a high level of safety for the user.

Available the following sizes; Medium, Large, XL & XXL, the suit weighs approximately 6.5 kg (with boots and ventilation unit) with trouser flaps approx. 4.5 kg.

The safety suit is ideally suited to applications such as boiler cleaning, tank cleaning, maintenance and repair work as well as chemical filling jobs.
