Guardian Checkmate FAB3W-DC Xcalibre Inertia Reel

This Checkmate Xcalibre inertia reel is a dual ‘mini’ fall arrest block. Incorporating two devices that work individually but together to increase user manoeuvrability and confidence, this dual fall arrest block ensures that connection between two anchorages is both safe and easy. Both devices work independently, and also freely rotate and swivel for correct alignment.

It is compact and lightweight, weighing only 2.4kg, making it easy to carry and work with. It is a retractable type fall arrestor with incredibly strong and durable 3m Vectran webbing lifelines. The housing and inners are constructed from anodised aluminium, zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel, meaning it is abrasion, impact and wear resistant; an extremely hardwearing and long lasting piece of equipment! Designed and manufactured to the highest of safety standards, this dual mini fall arrest block does not compromise on safety or features; it is merely more compact, making it excellent value for money – and because it is a dual, more versatile!

This dual inertia reel comes complete with large and durable alloy scaffold hooks on each on the life lines. It has a large weight capacity of 150kg and an arrest force of 4.0kN. It is simple and quick to set-up and install, making it an ideal choice for any height safety kit and / or any person that is required to undertake jobs that require working at height and thus need reliability and versatility from their PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
