LoneAlert IDX

The iDX Alert actively monitors for panic and fall alarms and regularly updates the workers location silently in the background.
For higher risk situations, or for increased peace of mind our Timer functions are available.  Timers are the equivalent of a text/call/Whatsapp to a colleague, but our OWL won’t get distracted, lose track of time or forget about you!
Choose from one click Default Timer to create a timer quickly with a set duration, or use Custom Timer to choose the duration of your timer and leave a message to give specific context, location or risk information. You choose what’s best. If we don’t hear from you before your Timer expires, we will start the alert process and let people know you need assitance.

01. Panic Button
Discrete, yet easy to find and activate, the panic alert triggers the alert within seconds, notifying our OWL, which then gets to work organising a response. If our 24x7 Responder service is used, trained operators will be listening in after a few short seconds, announcing their presence, organising appropriate help and providing re-assurance when safe to do so.

02. Two-way communications
Two-way voice calling provides the vital voice communication required to ensure the the right type of help is delivered to the lone worker in the quickest time period. This communcation could be to a member of your staff, your control centre or to the LONEALERT ARC. The monitoring team at any give point can unmute the call in order to speak to the lone worker directly.

03. Fall Alarm
Intelligent Fall Detection raises the alert in the event of a trip, fall, faint or attack.
1. Change of angle of > 60 degrees.
2. Silent for 30 seconds as wearer is probably moving naturally.
3. Beeps and vibrates for 30 seconds to warn user an alert is about to be raised. Press any button or move upright to cancel.
4. Alert is triggered and assistance requested.

04. Simple to use
With only 5 buttons, the device has been created for ease of use for the lone worker.
Simple check in/out function/ alerts and panic alarm means the lone worker does not need to send endless time figuring out different buttons. The slim, tactile design means it is comfortable for every day use.
