The GALLET F1XF is designed and customised with this in mind, featuring complete protection of the head, eyes, face and ears as well as an integrated lighting and reflective trim. Its extended face shield is the largest on the market, and its ocular visor can be precisely adjusted for a perfect fit.

NEW Ratchet Handwheel & Neck Curtain

The advanced ratchet knob on the GALLET F1XF provides firefighters with an easy grip for adjusting their helmets even when wearing gloves. The accompanying nape wool/aramid neck curtain is designed with a pass-through slot for easy handwheel access when on, and colour coded clips for easier attachment and removal.

NEW L1XF Lighting Module

MSA have enhanced the lighting module on the GALLET F1XF helmet, providing two levels of lighting, standard and boost (120 lumens) which gives you four times more light than the classic model. The light switch has been upgraded for a better feel, and to make the light easier to activate in action and facilitate the beam selection.

IMPROVED Soft Goods

MSA have redesigned the chin strap, providing a better grip and making it easier to adjust when wearing the helmet and gloves. MSA have also included an optional crown pad that’s easy to remove and wash for improved comfort and care. The crown pad is part of the new Cleaning Care Kit – an extra set of fire helmet soft goods, bundled in a washable mesh bag for easy and secure washing.

NEW CERTIFICATION for Eye and Face Protection

MSA ensure all safety gear measures up to the highest standard. The eye and face protection components on the GALLET F1XF have been tried, tested and certified by the latest European technical standard for high-performance visors on protective helmets (EN14458:2018).

For greater comfort in low-light conditions, they have also upgraded the metallised face shield to enhance light transmission.
