Tractel Scafor Wire Rope Hoist

The hand operated SCAFOR machine for suspended access has been designed to ensure the maximum safety of the user. The SCAFOR is adaptable to almost all types of stirrups, so that the SCAFOR can be fitted to existing cradles and platforms.

A model is available to suit 8.3mm Diameter Wire rope.

Applications include painter's cradles, bosun chairs, one man cradles and platforms with fixed or articulated stirrups.

The SCAFOR fits either directly to the stirrups ALTA cradles or with the use of an adaptor can fit as easily to other platforms. The lifting as well as the safety rope passes through the machine.
