VGPS Steel Portable/Mobile Lifting Gantry Crane


The VGPS Steel Portable Gantry is an independent manual gantry that can be re-positioned within the workshop to suit your operation and it is easy to disassemble and reassemble as and when required. The VGPS has been designed so that it is configurable with all types of hoists and can also be equipped with manual and electrically powered hoists.

The VGPS Steel Portable Gantry features a Eurosystem Steel hollow profile with a manual trolley for hoist suspension and has a lifting capacity of 500kg to 2,000kg.

  • Manual Eurosystem type trolley supplied as standard
  • For indoor use only
  • Gantry is not movable under load

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The VGPS Steel Portable Gantry has the following technical features:

  • Safe working loads available: 500kg/1,000kg/1,600kg/2,000kg
  • Spans available are 2/3/4/5 metres
  • Heights to underside of 2/2.5/3/3.5 metres
  • Welded construction legs with separate beam profile
  • Can be dismantled into three main components
  • White polyamide wheels as standard (with other options available)
  • Portable/mobile gantry crane is not movable under load
  • Only suitable for indoor use
  • RAL1028 melon yellow polyurethane finish (alternatives are available)
  • Suitable for hoists lifting speeds to 8m/min
  • Locking or non-rotating wheels available as an option
  • Hoist power supply cable provided as standard
  • Is configurable with either an electric or manual hoist
