The HERMetic UTImeter Otex is a portable liquid level gauge designed to be operated under open conditions on petroleum and chemical storage tanks where open gauging is permitted. The unit is used for custody transfer, inventory control measurement and free water detection on shore tanks. The HERMetic UTImeter Otex is set on the open gauging hatch. The base plate represents the zero Ullage reference level.
