SAR Alpine Stretcher Wheel

The Stretcher Wheel can be fitted to the SAR Alpine Stretcher to take the weight on longer carries.

The frame comes in 3 parts – head end forks, foot end forks, and wheel – for ease of storage and transportation. The parts can then be slotted together for fitting onto the stretcher frame.

SAR Alpine Stretcher Handles

SAR Stretcher Handles now feature an improved screw fitting system, for an easier and more secure fit. An adaption kit is available which can be retrofitted to older handles.

SAR Stretcher Carry Harness

Developed in collaboration with mountain rescue teams to be used with almost any type of stretcher, the Stretcher Carry Harness is worn by the rescuer to better distribute the load and make long stretcher carries more comfortable. The  fully adjustable padded shoulder straps ensure a perfect fit for a wide range of users.

SAR Casualty Securing Straps

SAR Stretcher Extension Straps are used for extending the Casualty Securing Straps to fit a larger casualty, or one who has been packaged in a vac mat, ect.

SAR Adjustable Stretcher Lifting Slings

Used for winching and lifting/lowering as well as extra carry slings. The Adjustable Stretcher Lifting Slings are fully adjustable for use with the stretcher either horizontal or vertical.

Must only be used as lifting slings, attached to the stretcher. The slings have been approved for winching by the UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency.

The slings are fitted with maillons as standard, other connector options are available, or the slings can come with no connectors fitted. Contact us for connector options.

SAR Basket Stretcher Slings 1.2m

The Basket Stretcher Lifting Slings have all the same features as the Adjustable Lifting Slings, but with an extra large connector on each leg, allowing attachment to the side tubing of a basket stretcher.

SAR Evac Lifting Slings

Designed for use with stretchers in mountaineering, industrial rescue and helicopter winching.

These slings are made from 4 x 60cm twin eye slings, 4 steel oval karabiners, 2 medium and 1 large delta maillons. Each of the items can be used independently if needed. The lifting slings come complete in an equipment storage pouch.
